I have read the reviews and found the opposite. My Samsung TV was repaired in my home under warranty. They turned up when they said they would, with the required part and were polite and professional. No problem!

Ok so I have lived in Newcastle all my life. This company has been around for more then 20 years. All these bad reviews are people who are ringing up asking for money to take down the people here are caring yes like all businesses are busy both the lady and man are friendly even gave me a courtesy call. Yes you may have to get a temporary fridge like all of us Rome weren't built in a day patientie and virtue will get you along considering we have been in lockdown. Ring these people before you look at the reviews you might be surprised. Goodluck Newcastle Customs and I hope this review puts some ease on this. God bless.

Our LG top loader washing stopped on the spin cycle over the long weekend We contacted Harvey Norman first thing on the Tuesday morning to put in a warranty claim.Harvey Norman notified Newcastle Custom Electronics of our issue that same day.That aftrenoon Newcastle Custom Electronics rang us to organise a time for the following day to do the repair. Michael the repair technicion rang 20 minites before arrival to let us know he was on the way.Michael replaced a faulty pressure valve.We could not fault the great service.

I actually had an extremely pleasant experience with them, one of the best customer service I've ever had. Samsung has contracted my fridge (broken ice maker) with them. My washing machine was broken few years ago and it was contracted to Alpine Refrigeration near me (which they were fantastic as well). Anyhow after reading the review I was thinking to myself, should I call Samsung and asked to change the contractor and offer to pay the gap (a few of you mentioned because they were cheapest maybe that's why most contracts go to them but cheap often means terrible service) I was worried that my fridge might never get fixed in months. Anyway I've decided to give them a try and didn't bother calling back Samsung. Called on Monday, was advised they received the job number but had to order parts (at the back of my mind after reading the post, I thought to myself - it will be months or forever before they contact me again). Any how I received a call on Thursday (3 days later) and was told the parts have arrived and technician comes in Friday and the fridge is already producing ice on Saturday!! I was well warned by the lady on the phone that someone has to be there on Friday from 12pm-4pm otherwise they will be a charge of $99 (some companies might not even bother to inform of this financial consent and will charge you afterwards if there is a no show). I did tell them my wife have to pickup the kids from school from 3:00pm and they were fine with it as long as we inform them in advance. Technician did arrive but he waited for my wife and didn't leave straight away when there was no one, and he was very professional and patient unlike most will be grumpy the fact that they had to wait and some don't even bother and would have left. I have better customer service than any of the retailer (in store Myer, David Jones) and Optus (NBN-related issue), and DODO (Internet issues as well), online purchasing etc. No one will have the patients and the professional and the efficienc

Couldn't be happier with the service! My samsung fridge needed repair and my call was answered promptly, professionally and the follow up call after my job was logged was excellent and informative. I was aware of the costs and rough estimate of parts up front and the parts were brought to the job to minimise any need for a further call out. The actual repair service was very professional and the work was undertaken quickly but thoroughly to minimise any extra time logged on the job (there was no extra time charged). They really don't deserve such poor google reviews.

I see these guys cop a lot of bad reviews so I thought I'd chime in with my experience. I had an LG TV warranty claim to take care of (nice work LG for honoring it responsibility's with regards to Aussie consumer laws btw) In a few short days a tech from Newcastle Custom was on the phone, checking what parts he needed. I few more short days for the parts to arrive and he showed up at my door at the correct time. The Tech was very knowledgeable and had the parts changed in record time. All in all a service very deserving of my 5 star review. Nice work guys.

Received a call from Newcastle Custom Electronics within 24 hours of them receiving my work order. They were polite and very professional over the telephone and the appointment for the in-home repair was scheduled within the next two business days. Serviceman attended my property, within the specified timeframe and had the issue with my fridge rectified within minutes with a quick part change, by the afternoon my ice machine in my fridge was fully functioning. I would definitely recommend.

Warranty repair on an LG washing machine. They called within 24 hours of me lodging the warranty claim with Harvey Norman to confirm the reported fault. I was advised they would order the part (pressure switch) immediately and would me call back to make appointment when part confirmed. They called back later that day to advise the part was sourced and made an appointment for two days later. The Technician arrived during the stated window and repaired machine in about 20 mins. The tech allowed me to watch the repair in progress, advised what was happening and showed me the faulty part and explained what was causing the issues. I will admit I was concerned by the reviews when the warranty claim was booked - this was the only LG repairer in the area so I had no option, however they were awesome. My machine was repaired within 3 days of reporting the fault and they kept all promises of communicating with me so I didn’t have to chase them up at all which is a pet peeve.

Honestly, was shocked by some of these reviews. Was referred here for an issue with my LG fridge. Their response was prompt and professional, the issue was diagnosed within minutes, and they had the fridge repaired in less than a week (including ordering the new part to fix the issue). Service was outstanding, and Michael went above and beyond both with the repair itself as well as the post-repair steps to help prevent the issue from reoccurring. Could not speak more highly of them.

LG sent us to NCE for a TV repair. They contacted me to confirm and ask what the problem was so they knew what to have on hand. 2 weeks went by while those parts arrived. The tec arrived at 6 pm after an obvious long day & got our TV running quickly and professionally, all credit to him. I'm way happy with the outcome & service.
